Promoter with Riboswitch designed to turn "ON" a protein

These two parts will hopefully be made by blue heron and be able to be ligated onto RBS, Coding, and Terminator sequences. It is predicted that they will serve to turn "ON" any protein we attach to it with increasing presence of theophylline.
